No order is too small.

DESIGNS
For orders of 1-9 garments, the standard charge for a design up to 12000 stitches is only £25, with a charge of 50p for each extra 1000 stitches thereafter.

For orders of 10+ garments, digitzing is free for designs of up to 8000 stitches.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEIR CUSTOM DESIGN DOES NOT INFRINGE UPON THE LAWS OF COPYRIGHT OR THAT HE/SHE POSSESSES THE FULL AUTHORITY AND PERMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK HOLDER, TO REPRODUCE THE DESIGN IN QUESTION.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made eithr by cash, cheque (cheques payable to THREADS EMBROIDERY LTD), postal or credit/debit card. Most credit/debit cards are accepted.

If you are paying by cheque, please be aware that it will be cashed prior to despatch of your order.

DELIVERY
All deliveries are subject to carriage charges. Details of UK mainland rates are available on request. We accept no responsibility for delay or non-delivery of goods.

RETURNS
GOODS ARE NOT SOLD ON A SALE OR RETURN BASIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Refunds can only be given for faulty goods.
Goods must be returned within 7 days.

SIZES / COLOURS
Sizes and colours shown in the website brochure are only approximate, and should only be used for guidance.

We accept no responsibility for orders which are unsuitable due to incorrect size or colour.

We recommend that you refer to the chest sizes quoted in inches in the brochure, rather than S, M, L, which can differ from one company to another.
